The inaugural Transatlantic Big Science Conference was held on October 31 and November 01, 2022 in Washington DC.
The program was organized by Carnegie Science and DESY. It brought together international scientific leaders, research managers and policy makers working across disciplines. Together, they explored how to (re)invigorate historic cooperation between major research organizations and how to empower research communities to chart new roadmaps and create transformational and sustainable solutions in the context of global challenges and strengthened resilience in our societies.
